Zafer Oba
Zafer Oba was born in Sivrihisar, Eskişehir in 1979. He graduated from Sivrihisar Nurbiye Gülerce Health Vocational High School in 1997, Anadolu University Health Institutions Management in 2013, and Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration in 2016. He completed his Master's degree in Hospital and Health Institutions Management at Beykent University in 2016. He graduated from the Health Management department at Atatürk University in 2019. Between 2007 and 2016, he worked as a nurse and in administrative positions at Göztepe Prof. Dr. Süleyman Yalçın Hospital. From 2016 to 2021, she served as Deputy Director at Zeynep Kâmil Women's and Children's Diseases Training and Research Hospital. From 2021 to 2024, she served as Technical Services Manager at Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar City Hospital. In 2024, she was appointed as Deputy Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs at S.B. Marmara University Pendik Training and Research Hospital.
