Zafer Oba
Zafer Oba was born in 1979 in Sivrihisar, Eskişehir. He graduated from Sivrihisar Nurbiye Gülerce Vocational High School of Health in 1997, Anadolu University’s Health Institutions Management program in 2013, and Anadolu University’s Faculty of Business Administration in 2016. He completed a master’s degree in Hospital and Health Institutions Management at Beykent University in 2016 and graduated from the Health Management department at Atatürk University in 2019. Between 2007 and 2016, he held nursing and administrative positions at Göztepe Prof. Dr. Süleyman Yalçın Hospital. From 2016 to 2021, he served as the Assistant Manager of Zeynep Kâmil Maternity and Children's Diseases Training and Research Hospital. Between 2021 and 2024, he served as the Technical Services Manager at Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar City Hospital. From 2024 to 2026, he worked as the Assistant Manager of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Health Marmara University Pendik Training and Research Hospital, and in 2026, he was appointed as the Technical Services Manager at the same institution.
