"Confirmed Appointment" period in the Central Physician Appointment System (MHRS)

With the new practice, patients will be required to confirm their appointment or inform the system that they will be absent until 20.00 the day before the appointment date. Confirmation will also be made through the channels through which appointments are made.

HOW TO CREATE A MHRS APPOINTMENT?
 

  -Log in to the system by entering your T.R. Identity Number and MHRS password at mhrs.gov.tr,
  -On the page that opens, select the province and district where you want to make an appointment,
  -If you want to make an appointment from a hospital and department, you can first select the hospital and then the department.
  -You can also select the doctor from the screen that appears.
  -Then click on the appropriate day and time.
  -After creating the information, you can confirm your appointment.

RESTRICTION TO BE APPLIED

Those who confirm their appointment but do not show up will be restricted from making a new appointment in the same branch for 15 days. However, they will be able to receive services from health institutions affiliated to the Ministry without an appointment.

OVER 65 EXEMPT

Patients over the age of 65 and cancer patients will be exempted from the practice, and patients in this group will be able to make appointments at any time.

WILL CONSENT BE MANDATORY FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS?


All appointments made for three days or more later will require confirmation, but appointments made within two days prior to the examination date will automatically be considered confirmed. For example, an appointment made on May 22 or 23 for May 24 will automatically be considered confirmed.
