Prof. Dr. Alper Kepez


Prof. Dr. Alper Kepez was born in Istanbul in 1978. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2001. In 2007, he completed his specialization training in Cardiology at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine and became a Cardiology specialist. 

Between 2007 and 2010, he worked as a Cardiology specialist at Eskişehir Yunus Emre Hospital, and between 2010 and 2011 at Istanbul Fatih Sultan Mehmet Training and Research Hospital. In 2011, he started working as a Cardiology specialist at Marmara University Pendik Training and Research Hospital. He received the title of Associate Professor in 2014 and subsequently was appointed as a faculty member in the Department of Cardiology at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine. He received the title of Professor in 2021.  

Prof. Dr. Alper Kepez has numerous articles published in journals indexed in national and international databases. In addition, he has numerous presentations at national and international congresses. Prof. Dr. Alper Kepez is married with two children and speaks advanced English.

Prof. Dr. Alper Kepez was appointed Chief Physician of S.B. Marmara University Pendik Training and Research Hospital on July 23, 2025.
