MHRS is an application where citizens can call 182 MHRS Call Center for 2nd and 3rd stage hospitals and oral and dental health centers affiliated with the Ministry of Health and make an appointment with the hospital and doctor they want from live operators or via the web.

What are the aims of MHRS?

Increasing citizen/patient satisfaction by making better resource planning in hospitals (effective and efficient planning of workforce and equipment use), reducing queues in hospitals. Increasing the efficiency and quality of health service delivery by measuring resource use and distribution in hospitals (effective and efficient application of workforce, machinery and equipment use). Helping to develop health policies with MHRS data.

How to make an appointment?

Calling ALO 182; The Ministry of Health MHRS Call Center numbered 182 is called from home, work, payphone and mobile phones. The citizen calling 182 gives the T.R. Identity Number of the citizen for whom the appointment request is made to the assistant (live operator) who answers the call. The assistant verifies the citizen information. After the citizen informs the assistant about the hospital, polyclinic and doctor information they requested an appointment for, at least which polyclinic they will go to, the assistant sends the citizen the appropriate date and time slots. The citizen makes his/her selection and makes his/her appointment. Citizens can make an appointment via the Online Appointment System, which is currently implemented in 80 provinces, as well as 182. The Web Appointment System is being implemented throughout Turkey with Istanbul also entering the MHRS scope; Citizens can click on the Online Appointment link on the websites of the hospitals within the MHRS scope they want to make an appointment with, create a record from the Citizen Login screen and make an appointment for the nearest available date.

How to cancel an appointment?

Call ALO 182; Call the Ministry of Health MHRS Call Center at 182 from home, work, payphone and mobile phones. This call should be made at least half an hour before the appointment time. The citizen who calls 182 is given the citizen's Turkish ID Number to the assistant who answers the call. The citizen's information is verified by the assistant. The citizen informs the assistant of the appointment he/she wants to cancel. The relevant appointment is canceled by the assistant. From the web; MHRS Online Appointment screen must be logged in with the Turkish ID Number and password. All appointment information taken can be accessed by clicking on the Appointment History link located vertically on the right side of the screen and the appointment cancellation process is done from this section. To cancel an appointment, click on the Appointment Cancellation section and cancel the appointment.

NOTE: Since the citizen will first make the entry procedures from the polyclinic secretaries in front of our (MHRS) Polyclinics in the hospital, the hospital should be visited in sufficient time (e.g. 20-30 minutes before).
